They accepted our offer!

We found out yesterday that the sellers accepted our offer on the house. We got it! We’re incredibly excited and can now think of little else. However, now the big long process begins. Getting an inspection, getting an appraisal, going through with the loan (we’ve been pre-approved, it’s just that now we actually go through the process). Assuming things go smoothly, we’ll close on September 25th. We wish it were sooner of course, like tomorrow, but we can’t always have our way.

It’s funny that we found out on our 7th anniversary, the year that people are supposed to go through their “seven year itch.” Some people want to get out around this time, yet we’re committing even more. I’m so happy I have Brandon and that things are going well for us. There’s no one else with whom I’d rather do lawn work.
